  I bought a new phone here .the person who sold me the phone assured me there was an instruction manual in the box,but there was no manual .Being hopeless with modern technology I was lost. So I went back to the shop for help, the person who i saw was less than helpful treating me with little respect. i wish i had never gone there,

  I would just like to say how very dissatisfied Iam with the store manager at Cromer.never have I seen such a rude man,when my partner went in to look to upgrade her phone from a Sony Z1,the phone he offered at a higher price per month and less minutes on a LG stylus,a phone not as good as the z1 in comparison . Also when I checked online on their own website,the same phone was alot less per month and had more minutes etc. Not very good customer service at all,my partner also received an email stating that she'd had started the contract when she finishes this one,but she signed nothing and said she was going to think about it, and when she said this to him today he said oh I had to put it though anyway .After this experience she and I have decided to never use this company again. And when my partner said that she was cancelling he rudely replied,well if you do you can not come here for any advice. Again great customer service from a company that apparently are specialist partners with Vodafone. And yet again my partner has had an email saying she has yet another contract which has started from this company,and actually paid a higher monthly charge. Avoid this place like the plague.(joke)
